How do I enter a contest?

To enter a contest, simply click on the enter contest button for the contest you want to enter, complete a short survey of your choice, and submit your Xbox Live ID or full name and email so you can be contacted if you win the contest.

 

What are the requirements for entering a contest?

Currently, the only requirement is that you must live in the United States. However, we do plan on accepting entrants from other countries in the future.

 

Can I enter the same contest more than once?

No, you may not enter the same contest more than once.

 

Can I enter more than one contest?

Yes, you may enter as many contests as you like.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my prize if I win a contest?

It normally takes two to four weeks.

 

 

Free Xbox Live Points FAQs

 

How do I get free Xbox Live Points?

Follow the same steps as you would for entering a contest.

 

How will I receive the points?

You will receive a code in the email you provided. Then enter the code into you Xbox Live Account to receive credit for the points.

 

How long will it take to receive the points?

The code will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours. Contact us if you have not received your code within 48 hours.
